  • I am a senior undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, and a passionate game designer who loves innovation. Having been exposed to video games since the age of five and remaining deeply passionate ever since, becoming a game designer has always been my dream career. I believe that games can offer people another kind of life, allowing them to realize dreams and experiences in virtual worlds that are unattainable in reality. This ability to transcend reality is what makes games truly unique and meaningful.

  • At DigiPen Institute of Technology, I have participated in five collaborative game projects and multiple personal projects, focusing on the following areas:

    • 🎮 Level Design: Building 2D/3D gameplay environments, designing player pathing and guidance, creating white-box levels, and implementing lighting.

    • ⚙️ System Design: Balancing game values, designing gameplay systems, and authoring system design documents and data sheets.

    • ⚔️ Combat Design: Developing combat mechanics, character design, 3C (Character, Camera, Controls), state machines, and behavior trees.

    • 📊 UI/UX: Analyzing player behavior, conducting user testing, and optimizing user interfaces and interactions.

    • 🕹️ Technical Design: Hands-on experience with Unity, Unreal Engine, and UEFN.

    • 📜 Narrative Design: Worldbuilding, quest and story design, character writing, dialogue, and cutscene scripting.

My goal is to contribute to a forward-thinking team, gain hands-on design experience, and create impactful projects in the ever-evolving world of game development. After graduation, I hope to join a project team I am passionate about and grow into a senior game designer within 3–5 years.
