Game Overview
Eques Arcanum is a horror puzzle game developed in Unreal Engine 5. Players must explore a series of uniquely themed maze-like levels to locate four mystical crystal orbs and use them to seal away a demonic entity.
The core objective is to deliver a deeply immersive horror escape experience through the use of atmospheric sound design, environmental storytelling, and dynamic chase mechanics. As players collect more crystal orbs, the demon’s movement speed increases, intensifying the tension and creating escalating psychological pressure that pushes players toward a thrilling, high-stakes escape.
